EQUIPMENT SUGGESTIONS

Here are some suggestions for equipment to use in my classes and workshops. This will give you an idea of the type of equipment that would be beneficial but it is not necessarily meant to be your shopping list! 

There are plenty websites to browse and if you find a bargain/great website/great quality equipment that you would like to share I'm happy to share the love.

FOAM ROLLER

You will need a 90cm long foam roller. You need to be able to lie on your roller length-wise.

A soft one is easier on the fascia but a regular one will also work well if you already have one.

SQUASH BALL

A red dot squash ball works best to treat feet, hands and forearms!

THERAPY BALLS

Tennis balls also work! You will need 2 therapy balls in their net bag OR 2 tennis balls in a sock!

YOGA BLOCKS

A book wrapped in a towel also works!
