A 45 min to 1 hour class

Grab a cuppa or glass of wine, find a comfy spot on the floor and join me for a lovely stretch session. Learn easy stretches you can do watching the telly, reading a book and join in a bit of fun and chit-chat. (45 min to 1 hour class but who knows?)

Using a foam roller learn moves/techniques to ease into your soft tissues and relieve tension in your arms, shoulders, ribs and neck then working into the legs to release glutes, hams, quads and calves.
